I really like the shadow gray color, multiple pockets (3 inside of which one is zip), long strap, and handles on this bag. Very versatile and practical, and also looks neat. This bag was also much bigger than I assumed from the pictures. The size is somewhere between a handbag and back bag. Only reason for 4 stars is that the material gets dents and creases easily that I have not found a way to get out. I ordered 2 of these bags and out of the box they both had visual creases on them (a picture of the gray bag attached).
