This lunch bag lasted just past the 30 day return window, but not much longer. The Velcro is very poor quality and would no longer keep the lunchbox closed after a couple months of use, the food would not stay cold since the bag was constantly open since the Velcro would not stay attached and then the inside lining peeled off. It does not keep food cold, does not stay closed and the interior lining is a very thin poor quality layer of insulation that lifted off. I typically buy new lunchboxes at the start of every school year, I don't expect these to last for several years, but this one did not make it through the year and really only functioned well for about one to two months. Yes, it's very cute but lacking in every other category.
