Bought this for myself (adult). I am 5'4", 130 lbs, athletic build. Bought XL. I own a number of athleta girl items in that size. This one kind of fits, but find it a bit short. Maybe an XXL would be better. Otherwise, I like everything about this shirt. It's a thin long-sleeve, would be perfect for cooler conditions for playing tennis.
