If you want a pair of tailored khakis that make your butt look great, these are your pants. But WHERE ARE THE POCKETS?!? It's actually weird that there aren't any in this type of pant - modern with a dressier type fabric. You're not lounging in these. You're wearing them in social situations or at w...ork where it's awkward to have your hands just hanging there with nothing to do. Or you're traveling in these where pockets are a non-negotiable part of travel gear. I'm so annoyed about the no pockets thing that I'll probably return. Buuuut they really are flattering. Sigh. I wish Athleta didn't make clothes where women need to decide between vanity and functionality. If you're curious about the flattering butt part and are looking for info on what size to buy, I'm 5'7" and 130 with not-so-great abs and the size 4 are perfect. The high rise factor keeps love handles blessedly discreet.
I have owned other Stellars, the black pair purchased in Late 24 looked faded from the start, and shiny/synthetic. I found the fit was larger than expected, with too much fabric in the crotch. It didn't match the same size in other trousers from athleta. This pair was a waste of money, i wish i had... returned them.

I love these pants. If you want a change up for the super boxy styles going on right now, this is a good alternative. They are not skinny pants at all but they conform to your figure nicely. They are also comfy. I will wear these on repeat to work etc this summer and fall. I like how the fabric of these pants is more substantial than the Brooklyn pants and they pass as actual slacks. Those are probably a little cooler for very hot temps if you're outside a lot or going to and from. Sizing wise I think these are close to TTS but may run slightly large. I'm 5'10", 155, 33" leg inseam and the 6T fit perfectly. Sometimes I wear an 8.

These are the perfect work pants, particularly for people who travel a lot. Please please bring them back! 5'6" and ~140lb and the size 4T work best. They're a touch long but better than how short the size 4R fit.

The first time I went to iron these pants they were ruined in an instant. I had the iron turned down to what I thought was a safe temp, but it immediately left a big imprint of the iron on the fabric. Be careful!

I like the old stellar trousers better, this fabric feels a little more cottony and heavy, and the pockets are higher. I really love the old ones with the nice satiny feeling fabric and drop in pockets lower on the thigh. Those were my favorite work pants ever! These new ones still work, but just aren't quite the same as far as comfort and amazing pocket placement.

Stellar pants have become my favorites to work as a physical therapist. Constantly squatting, lunging, and jumping for patients requires pants that allow you to move. If you need to dress up a bit and have littles that you are constantly squatting down to pick up, these are your pants. I also love that they wash and wear wonderfully. I always air dry mine to be safe. The color is also great because they are not too yellow or too gray.
