I will start by saying I LOVE the salutation capris. They are the only workout pants I wear. With that said I "like" the new version. I'm not blown away but I liked them. Pro: new no seam legs are even more comfortable if that is possible!Con: like many other reviews said the top does roll. Not whi...le running or working out but while driving my car home from the gym. I bought a small and I'm 5'5" 144lbs and the small fits great and hold stuff in without being too tight or seeing my panties through.
I have several pairs of the original Salutation Stash Pocket Powervita capris and tights. I love them. They are my go-to for workouts and everyday wear, so I was excited to try the new version and stock up on a few more pairs. I tried them on in store yesterday and I was so disappointed! Some mi...ght appreciate the new changes, but they were a definite NO for me. Here is a summary:- thinner material: doesn't hold in/smooth as well, squishes in the wrong places, not quite as soft - different waistband: shows too many of my lumps and bumps- fewer seams: I liked the seams in the original version because they created a slimming look

High Rise is very flattering, I am usually a small, but these I could have also purchased in large :-), they run a bit tight. (Interesting since I am a 6 in the Brooklyn pants) Overall, the color is fantastic and I can recommend the salutation stash line.

These are my favorite leggings, period. I have been wearing them for several years. The length is great in all seasons and they are never scratchy or irritating (an issue I encounter with lesser quality leggings). I am 5'5" and 145 lbs with a pear shape and size M fits just right. Can't go wrong with this style of Athleta pants. They are my go-to. Also, Athleta—-FOR THE LOVE of all that's right with the world, can you please create some yoga pants that are not 100% synthetic materials?!?! Make some that have a cotton or modal bleed in WITH the synthetics. Other Athleta lovers, please request this as well so we can get Athleta to make them. It's nice to have yoga pants with some natural fibers so they breathe. That way you can wear them for more than just working out, can wear them for everyday. Also, natural fibers that allow skin to breathe keep you cooler.
