The top band around the waist and upper hip has changed from the Elation Ultra High Rise tight and also the flair version. These pants are one of the most comfortable Athletic pants. I normally wear a medium but because these pants are so fitted, and I want to wear them on the street, I went with the large. They fit me very well and look great. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. I have two pairs of these and I recommend them if you're looking for a pair of pants that are versatile, you can wear anywhere.
