I like this in theory. It is soft, comfortable and well made. However it fits a little bigger than expected. I'm a 30B and both the band and cups were too big. I was tempted to keep it but it was big enough that it seemed to bunch under fitted clothing. If you have a narrow band size you may want to size down.

Comfortable lifting sports bra. Love the lined padding. And the inserts are gone, I always removed them, they never stayed in place. I bought my same size M as other Athleta sports bras and this bra is a bit looser. The Perfect Form is more 'lifting' and supportive than the Solace and Transcend scoop. The straps are attractive.

The thin built in padding is so much better than padding inserts. I usually take out padding inserts immediately because they fold up so quick but when it's built in it's so much better!
