This bra is absolutely perfect for hot days and works beautifully under a nice dress. I have strong shoulders, and I love that it doesn't dig in at all—so I can wear it comfortably all day, not just for workouts. I wear a 34D bra and when purchasing a bra/sports bra from Athleta, I always have to order a Large. The bands on their bras are so tight and never seem to loosen up. This bra is very comfortable and looks great. I'm going to wear it often. I do recommend this bra!
