I got lots of compliments on this bra recently -- both color and style. It doesn't have a ton of support, so it is best used for lower impact workouts such a yoga, pilates, walking. I have also used it during an upper body strength-resistance routine and felt plenty supported. I am a triple D, and was still able to fit comfortably without spilling out.
