I think besides that it has a cute knot in the back, its comfortable and very snug on my DD's but the knot is kinda cumbersome when you lie flat on a yoga pose or do a shivasana for example.

It has really soft fabric. It's not too tight but it has enough support I can workout and jump in it. It's also comfortable enough that I can wear it on a normal day
