I actually found this to make me look bigger than I am, and I'm not a super big girl? (5'9" 155). Maybe it's just that it was so short on me, perhaps another inch would've made the difference. There is also sticky material on the inside of the shorts that might be great for super athletic tennis folks but for those of us just looking cute on our walks felt like too much. Sent it back.
