I am THRILLED to see the Salutation 2.0 jacket in bigger sizes!!!! I wanted this jacket so bad. I have almost every pair of Elation leggings in every colorway & wanted the Salutation jacket, too. As a fitness instructor of pilates, yoga, athletic trainer & high school coach,, I live in athlet...ic wear every day, seven days a week. I love Athleta and am constantly getting compliments on my sharp outfits, which fit me so well. I have an athletic build, and if you have athletic arms, shoulders, a bust, or any curves & If you "could" zip it up, you would feel squeezed into a sausage casing. I wanted to keep it, but I sadly returned it. Then it was so short I even ordered the tall to get a little more length & hope it would fit- I just couldn't make the XL work. Now they have the Salutation 2.0 jacket in larger sizes so I can finally get one to complete so many outfits!! One of the biggest reasons that keep me loyal to ATHLETA more than the "other" well-known brands is because Athleta realizes women come in all shapes, sizes, heights, and body shapes. Thank you, Athleta, for giving me so many options and for so many other women who want to work out in quality, great-looking athletic clothes that are size & height-inclusive; you really understand women's bodies are not uniform. ATHLETA, you have truly lived up to the "Power of She," & by understanding and you help to Empower us with your clothing to help us look & feel good so we can move our bodies, feel better, and live better. That's a big win in my book!
Such a nice jacket - well made, soft material, all seams perfectly finished. Love the pink color. But... this is not made for anyone other than a small, skinny, flat chested girl. I am 5'8", 135, with a C chest, and got a large. It fits well EXCEPT for the chest area - I cannot even get it zipped! ...I'm willing to pay a premium price for a quality product, which this is, but not I wish the manufacturer would take into mind the majority of us women who have boobs!!

I love the Salutation Jacket so much that I've purchased it in 3 colors so far. I have it in regular and ribbed and like both. I'm a L in Athleta and I bought the jacket in XL - it has a little bit of room in the arms and shoulders and is more fitted in the body for me - I probably could have sized down to the L for a more compressive look, but I like things a little bit looser. The jacket has a beautiful silhouette whether it is zipped or left open. I haven't washed them yet so I can't speak to that aspect but the material is the same as my leggings which hold up so well. If you're on the fence - try it. Order your regular size if you want a more fitted look or size up for a little more room.

This is my third color of this jacket. The blue is great with jeans. I have it in white also, which just goes with so much. I like the length of the jacket but my daughter (25) likes the cropped version. I very much like the ribbed fabric because I think it dresses it up a little. My first (a sage) is large and it fits okay but pretty snug. I went up to XL because of my D sized chest. I often match these with skorts, especially if I think air conditioning will be a factor inside.

I have always loved Athleta jackets and this is no exception. Ordered an xs for my daughter 5'4" and 120 lbs. It fits like a glove amd looks amazing. If you want something lose this is not it.

In truth, I have a bunch of athletic jackets but this one from Athleta is different. It's not stiff. It moves with you. Is soft AND is ribbed! Also love the color. Don't sit on this one.
