I'm very surprised this works for me but it does. I'm a 28G in a correctly-sized bra, but this bra in XS has a snug enough band and enough space in the cups for me, nothing trying to escape out the bottom or top. I wouldn't be able to run in it but I can absolutely cycle, do yoga, walk the dogs, etc. The wide straps are nice too and not too long on my short torso.
