Thin but not "scared you're going to poke a hole in the fabric putting it on" thin. Perfect amount of sheer to highlight your sports bra or bra, and I like that the neckline doesn't choke you out. I have this in all colors and styles - tee shirt, long sleeve and tank! I'm 5'0" and 132lbs. I'm a numerical size 4 and standardly wear a Small Petite in athelta clothing.
