Really cute and stylish. But not suitable for Chicago cold weather. Daughter wore one day when it was 35 F and she said she was cold.

Was looking for something packable in my luggage to wear in Portland, OR when weather forecast showed 100% chance of rain. This fit the bill. Kept me warm and dry and didn't take up a lot of space in my luggage. Hood was deep enough that my face did not get wet but not so big that it blocked my vision. Wish there were more colors.
