I'm 5'8" and ordered a M. I have a long torso so this is really cropped on me: I use it for yoga with the salutation 5" shorts. It's such great quality and could even use it for swimming. I haven't tried running or anything yet but it seems like it provides a lot of support to my 36C chest. Fabric is soft and breathable.
