This is the ultimate sweatshirt and probably my favorite athleta purchase to date. At least 1/3 of my closet is athleta and I love this one so much I got it in multiple colors. It's the perfect length and size for me and the colors are so fun! I loved this peachy pink color and it's so cute for spri...ng! I have red hair and was nervous about the color but it makes my skin GLOW! For reference, I am 5'8" and 170 pounds and I got an XL for a bit of an oversized fit and it's perfect. So comfortable and cozy but still durable and has held up well with several washes and putting in the dryer on low heat. It doesn't peel like some of the softer material does. Definitely get yourself this sweatshirt!
The fit is true to size, it's not oversized. I'm 5'2" at about 130bls and small fit me. I like an oversized fit so I'm contemplating getting a medium instead. My biggest problem with this sweatshirt is that the fabric composition listed on the website does not match what is listed on the tag when I ...received the item. I bought the blue, which is a very pretty color and the fabric does feel very nice. However, I prefer fabrics like cotton and linen over polyester. One of the reasons I bought this was it was listed as 93% cotton. However, when I received it, fabric felt like a blend so when I checked the label, I saw it was only 57% cotton, 37% polyester, the rest spandex. If different colors have different compositions I believe that should be listed in the detail section on the website. I might return this.

I like the feel of it and the fabric and mostly the fit except I wish the sleeves were a tad bit longer. They are ok, but I like my sleeves to fit a bit longer so when I stretch my arms out or up they dont feel super short. It makes a sweatshirt feel more cozy when sleeves fit properly. This model even has them pushed up a bit so that makes me think it doesnt fit her well either. But it is ok. They arent way too short. I just prefer longer.

The weight of the fabric is perfect - as is the length that hits right at the hip. So many of the "cropped" length shirts are just too short for my long torso, but this one hits at just the right spot to be sporty, but not feel like it's a cropped belly-showing sweatshirt.

This sweatshirt is really soft and comfortable. I love the teal color! The sleeves are a great length for my average height (sleeves are often too long for me). This is the first time I have ever ordered from Athleta, and what I really liked is that everything I ordered (I ordered a lot!) fit true to size! No more buying two or three different sizes to see which one actually fits. I am 5'5", 140 pounds, 36D, and Medium fits me perfectly in all tops and pants. (I COULD have sized down to a small in the tops if I wanted a tight fit, but I didn't.) I ordered a "Petite" in the pants when available, and that was a better length for me than the regular, but regular was fine too.
