As another reviewer noted, this dress is opaque enough that it looks a little classier than a normal mesh cover-up. The fabric is soft and stretchy, yet it seems like it will hold up well over time. It hugs curves on both top and bottom beautifully (thank you, ruching) and the petite size is a good ...length on me, hitting at a similar length on me as the model (4'10 for reference). I would like to see a sleeveless style with full coverage rather than the racerback, but that's more of a personal preference than anything else. The only actual downside to this dress is that there is too much fabric around the waist area. Even with the ruching, I feel like the amount of fabric around the waist is excessive and almost seems more like it was intended as a maternity style dress, especially with how stretchy the mesh is. By no means do I have a super flat tummy or a 6-pack, so I wonder if the fabric might distribute more evenly on someone who is taller than I am, given my extremely short torso.
