Dress is very cute, can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. I purchased a medium petite but needed to return for a large petite as it was a bit "snug" in the hips. The length is perfect in petite for a short woman. It will pack well for my trip. Very soft material and looks like it will wash easily.
