Loved the fit -- but fabric stains and will not clean up

These look great on me and are so comfortable. I wore them once and got a little oil on them. The type of stain that shoudl come out with a little dish soap. Socked, treated, washed, etc. - twice. These shorts are very comfortable and fit well; however, when used for walking or other physical activities, the sweat can be a bit embarrassing. The color runs more of a dark grey than a true black.
