I'm not usually a fan of rib fabrics, but this one is subtle enough to work for me. Not the softest or most comfortable materal, but it's sleek and looks good for work. The top layers easily under clothes, provides good coverage in the back without being CYA. Great for fall and spring, when you want a thin warmth.

Stripe makes it sporty, but this is also good for a casual-professional look. Good coverage in length. Lightweight material, yet the long sleeves and mock neck are perfect for transitional seasons. Antimicrobial fabric is smart. Somewhat fitted in the arms and shoulders for me, but happy that the midsection fit is more generous. Recommend it!
