Works well for travel, work outs or as a base layer (strangely keeps me warm in cooler weather but cool while working out). I saw a review that said the neck was a different shade (yellowish) than the shirt which almost dissuaded me from purchasing this - happy to say the shirt is a uniform color (pure white).

The trouser are true to size. Fit is wide leg, high waist but very comfortable. The cargo pockets do not add weight to the pants. I love the long sleeve top. It is fitted but not tight. I'm 5'3 125 lbs
