I went to the store in person and tried on probably 15 styles of pants. This is the one. I love it so much that I ordered a second identical pair. They're just so good. I'm really resisting the urge to buy more of them. None of the other styles suited me except the Seasoft pants, which are essentially sweats. The famous Brooklyn mid-rise were nice, but I learned that that Athleta's petite sizing means a shorter length AND a shorter rise, which made that style too low rise on me. The Crosstrain pants, being high rise, are perfect on me in M Petite. Hope that helps someone! #sweepstakes

I am 5'4", 120 lbs, 35.5" hips. I have ONE black pair in a 0 that fits perfectly. I have since tried to order the Redwood, and another black and both are SO TIGHT in the waist! I have a 29" waist. I tried a 2 and the waist fits but they are huge everywhere else.

Love these pants. Bought several colours. Fits way better than the big competitor version (I have both). I bought xsmall in these (5'4 and 129lbs, curvy body type) I wish Athleta had more colour options though in general.
