Love this belt! I've had issues with other belts riding up during running...I wear mostly dri-fit type material shirts and it's so annoying having to constantly adjust during my runs. This has a grippy material on the inside so it actually stays in place and I don't have to worry about it! Plenty of room for my phone, car key and a gel.
