Salutation Stash High Rise Capri feels very soft, almost like not wearing enough. I hold my weight in midriff area so I prefer high rise, but these did roll down so that I kept pulling up. I'm 5'4" 145 pounds & ordered size large. The pockets are a must to always have my phone with me.
