I love this jacket! It's so comfortable and cute!
I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. I received a jacket that came with visible dirt and stains right out of the package (see attached photo). The marks are embedded in the fabric and cannot be washed out. For a brand that prides itself on quality, this is unacceptable. The item was marked as "final sale," so it's illegible to return. I just want to say that final sale should not mean accepting poor quality or damaged products...
