Oversized by 2-3 sizes upon arrival. Washing them in cold and drying them on delicate setting brought them down to correct size, but now they are 1" too short (I am 5'9"). Removed immediately from dryer and they are wrinkled. I agree with another reviewer...I don't have time to iron my pants.

Pants do run big I'm glad I sized down, the material is light and great for the hotter weather. They're stylish and look great to run errands. I'm glad I bought two pairs.

In most casual styles like this, I wear a large. After trying these on in-store, I bought two pairs, one in Flax (Medium) and one in Black (Large). The medium is more of a "normal" baggy fit – similar to the model photos. The large pair fits more like what you see on the model shown in the product page video. In my opinion, the large size looks more intentionally oversized (if that makes sense), while the medium is simply a baggy look. I purchased the large in Black, so it's a slightly more refined/sleek look, despite the style. The fabric is lightweight, stretchy, and good quality. I expect I will wear both pairs of these quite often!

I would love these pants if I were much much much taller. I practically have to pull them up to my armpits to not be tripping on them. Even if they were offered in petite, I don't think they would be wearable for me. I usually love Athleta pants, so this was a disappointing miss for me

I was not sure how they would fit given the photos online, these are great. Bought 2 colors.

Agree with other reviews about sizing; I usually take a S (sz 4/27) in pants and I ordered the XXS. They are still roomy and loose, but not more so than on the model. Looks great with the matching top or a basic tank.

So comfy! They do fit larger because of the pleats. Very nice quality linen blend fabric

I wear a size 6 and have a smaller waist. My torso is a little shorter than average. These pants run really big. I could have gone with the XS or XXS and these pants would look good. I went with the XXS because of the extra fabric at the back waist when I wore the XS. I am not worried about them shrinking because I'll hang these to dry.

I love it but wont be able to keep cause of the size;

I have dozens of pairs of Athleta's Retreat linen pants. I love them and wear them almost every day in the warm weather. For the most part, they wash well, dry well, wear well. I thought these Paradise linen pants would be something extra special-they were more expensive and had cute detailing. They were wrinkly upon arrival, I washed them on cold and dried on low-see photos of what I ended up with. These pants are unwearable. It is 2025. I am not going to spend an hour ironing a pair of pants. TBH, I don't even think ironing would help these pants given the cargo detailing etc. THESE ARE SO BAD. Incredibly disappointed by this purchase. Get the Retreat pants instead of wasting your money like I did.
