Love these!

I have three pairs of Athleta's Midtown Ankle Pant, which I love, but I bought those in a 16 and have lost weight since, and now they are really too loose on me (currently 5'6", ~160-165 lbs, usually a 12-14 in pants depending on brand). Plus, I never liked the drawstring at the waist on those pants...

Pulled after 2 weeks

I love these pants but they started pilling after I had them for 2 weeks. I have had them for a month now and it has gotten worse. It's disappointing because they are such a great pant and i would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the pilling.

I just tried on my Brooklyn Mid Rise Ankle Pant. The style, in my opinion, leans more towards work slacks than athletic wear. But I loved the moss color -- it's even better in person. And the fit was fine -- I am 5'6" and 135 and went with a size 8. However, the fabric is extremely lightweight. I suppose that's great for warm weather, but it was not at all forgiving for my post-menopausal bod. I felt that every little lump and bump was visible through the thin fabric. Thus, I will be returning.

Comfy, light weight well built pants. They hit above the ankle for me at 5'8". Also, they are mid rise, but elastic waist makes them more comfortable and stay in place.
