I have other colors in this bra and recently bought the Spark color. At first I liked it until o put it on. The circle bra pads are distinct and I would not wear this without a top over it. Sending back.

Perfect for jogging, walking, yoga or weigth lifting.

This bras are super soft, don't cut into the skin. I'm more on the small chested side so I can wear this to run in but larger chested probably need more support
