Amazing sports bra for running / high intensity workouts! I've struggled to find one that is comfy and holds everything in. I'm a 36C and medium is perfect. I needed a sports bra that was very supportive, but still comfortable enough to wear for a while. My running bras are very supportive, but I can't wait to get them off of me after exercising. They are just too constricting. I am 5'3 / 34C / 130 lbs and I went with medium in this bra so the band wouldn't sit too tight, but the material is strong and I feel supported for the bouncing that comes with pickleball, hiking, biking, etc. I like that it comes up to the neck so I don't feel like adjusting my clothes to do pushups and the like. The only downside is that it can be difficult to get off.
