I love this bra. If you're a 36 C get a medium but do a D-Dd medium. Most comfortable one yet for me and sizing this way gives better coverage. Came back and ordered 2 more colors!! The color is very nice.

Easily one of my favorite bras from Athleta. I'm a 32H, and I usually buy a medium. The inteval gives me the right amount of coverage all around, so there's no risk of sideboob. I would say this bra provides medium support. I recommend it for activities that don't require a lot of jumping.

Supportive and comfortable. Pads are removable, but if you like the pads they are good quality. I haven't worn it running yet, but after a quick test I think it will hold up nicely on a run as well.

I love this bra! It fits perfectly without feeling too tight in the chest or too loose in the band. The material is also super soft and high quality-- I've worn it for both high impact and low impact workouts and its been great for each!
