These are fantastic bras for all levels of activity. I'm a 38 D and this bra (I own 6!) takes me from strength training to yoga and pilates to the tennis court and then out on my bike for hours. It is supportive while still stretchy and moves with me easily. Washes well, air dry, and get back out there!

I got this based on a recommendation from a friend. The fabric is very comfortable. I wish there was one cup size larger because I am an F cup and the fit in this is a bit squished, but this is definitely better than competitors sports bras that only come in S, M, L, XL
