Hi Athleta, I'm not sure where else to leave a review about my terrible customer service experience related to my purchase of this Momentum Mock Neck Top. The top I received on 4/17/25 had a huge snag and did not even have the original tag on it. Instead it was retagged with some kind of barcode pri...nt out. I called customer service for a replacement. They charged me for a replacement and said I would be refunded once they received the top back. I mailed the top on 4/18/25 with the UPS label provided by customer service. Tracking shows it was delivered on 4/24/25. I called customer service the other day to check on the refund and was told it was lost at your return center and I would receive an email from a manager with a refund confirmation in 24 to 48 hours. Email comes yesterday and it's from a customer service representative refusing to issue refund. I'm an Icon member and have never made a return before. This has been a terrible experience and has left me with no other choice than to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
