I am 5ft 4inches and 138 pounds and got a regular 10 with a curvy figure. It fits great. I will use it for travel where I can close the bottom snap that is at the ankle for cooler mornings. I love the Endless pant line. I have 5 pair and they travel without wrinkles and can be dressed up or down. They are comfortable and work well for airline travel.
