I love these pants. I get a bit cold in the winter and these pants have the right amount of fleece. I don't get overly hot when wearing these but definitely stay warm. They seem to be somewhat breathable for lined pants. They are incredibly comfortable. I do have several pair now. I get a couple of ...new ones to add to my existing pairs. I do want the cypress color, but it sold out too quickly. These can be worn to the office, wear around home, shopping, walking…they are so versatile. I recommend these but I know doing so, they may sell out faster than they do now. Great pants!! The regular length is a bit long on me, but I fold them under, they stay put and I wear them without any issues all day long.
These are no longer the same high quality they used to be. I've been buying a few of these every year for nearly 10 years. I practically wear them around the clock throughout the cooler months. This year, I noticed that they no longer advertise polartech fleece but I crossed my fingers and purchased... them anyway. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that they are no longer as thick, plush, and soft. Even worse, the waist band is of horrible quality. The elastic part is now very thin and crackles in a way that tells me it won't hold up to multiple washes. It used to be very flattering and comfortable due to the thick waistband and support in the tummy area. Those features are entirely gone. I'm so sad that Athleta has ruined these great pants and replaced it with a product that looks and feels cheap. Note that the price is exactly the same as last year despite them now cutting corners to produce such a low quality product. I will be returning. I hope Athleta will consider returning to the great product this used to be.

I bought these for something warm to wear during winter on my WFH days that would still look nicer than sweatpants for school pickup. The fit is great, and they are very soft on the inside, but the outside is terrible and cheap after just a month or two of wear. So much pilling, and they stretch out considerably as you wear them. Very disappointed in the quality of these.

Started pilling on first wear. Wash on delicate cycle, inside out, line dry and they have pills all over. Fit snug through hips, given the size. Glad I got them half price because the quality is so poor. Won't repurchase.

I bought these because Athleta stopped selling my favorite fleece pants--the Polartec straight-leg pants. Unfortunately, these are not as warm and thick as the Polartec; they are slightly shorter, which makes them slightly too short on me; and they are not as flattering because of the tighter fit around the hips combined with a wider flare. Athleta, if you are listening, please bring back the Polartec, or at least make these warmer, longer, and better proportioned.

I found the small a little tighter fitting than the straight leg altitude .

This is my go to winter pant, imagine my surprise when Athleta dropped the 1X and 2x sizing…bring it back for Fall 2025, people….come on! I guess larger frames just lose out at Athleta.

I have a pair of the original polar tech fabric which seems to be be a nicer stitching and definitely made better. Please bring back the polar tech brand fleece.

I love wearing these. They are so warm and comfortable.Perfect for running around town and walking my dog. I wish they had pockets, besides the waistband one. Other than that very happy with this purchase. I am 5'5" . 127lbs and the small fits great.
