Was looking for a midweight wide-leg black pant to replace a pair of heavier linen wide-leg trousers I had from another brand...LOVE THESE. It's slightly thicker than the weight of the Brooklyn pants, but still perfect for warmer climates and transitional seasons. Really love the flowy fabric of t...hese and the silhouette. Since I am 5'10 (140lb), I often have to opt for the tall size to make sure styles like this don't hit at my ankle. Was hard to tell with these based on the model images, and I don't always trust the inseam info is correct (burned by that before). While I ordered the 4-Tall online, it turned out my local store had the 4-Regular in stock, and the 4-Regular fit perfectly. I wound up canceling the tall since it was on backorder til November and am glad I don't have to wait that long! As for some comments about the silhouette sticking out at the pockets on the hips...I didn't have this problem, for what it's worth. I've got a little curve in the hip, but it didn't force the pockets to bulge at an angle. Overall these look super sleek and I'm loving the style versatility!

I really want to love these pants, and I mostly do. Here's my review. CONS: 1. they are VERY much athletic/track pant material, leaning towards more athletic-looking than actual trousers. This was maybe the biggest downside for me, but I accepted what they are and am deciding to keep them. 2. they d...o absolutely NOTHING good for the butt area. It gives me a long flat butt. 3. They aren't as wrinkle free as promised. I'm going to travel w/ them and hope it doesn't get too bad but looks like they do wrinkle right out of the dryer. PROS: Love the real zipper and the waist band is nice. Love the color. They are very comfortable. Petite is a little too short for my 5'4 legs but that's kind of usual. Taking them to Japan for 3 weeks so we'll see how it goes. Hopefully i can dress them up when needed.

I love these pants so much! I bought 4 colors so far. Its comfort level is probably the best I've ever experienced, which makes me ignore most of the other pants in my closet. The material is light, soft, and smooth, making it perfect for warmer months, but you can obviously layer undergarments in the winter. It is also pretty wrinkle-free, so you can throw them on on a busy or care-free day. It does run slightly bigger. For reference, I am 5'4" and 120 pounds and usually fit sizes 2-4 but I got a size 0. I probably could have bought a 00, but I keep buying the 0 because they still fit, and I will have extra space if I gain some weight. The length is perfect for me. I don't wear heels with it, and it isn't dragging on the floor when they sit on my waist. To me, they are overall really flattering for my slim shape and versatile.

Height - 4'11 Body Type - voluptuous ;) Waist - 26; Hips - 34 Size - petite 0 I rate it as a 3 only because this style of pants (with pleats) is not for someone like me who has a big fupa. Otherwise, it should be good. Athleta size for this pair runs big. After buying and returning size 2 (my normal size after gaining weight), I settled for petite 0. Length is just right for my height with enough inches for me to either wear a platform converse or a 2-inch heeled shoes, nothing more. Quality of the material is also good. Waist doesn't make me look like I am trying hard to fit in it. Just a tad less on it being a wide pair... since I am short, the width was just a tad wide for me... I also hope Athleta makes darker shades of blue for athletic and pants, darker than their usual navy...
