I got a small regular they're a little on the bigger size. I'm 5'8 140lb, 28 inch waist, athletic build. Thank goodness for the drawstring. The pants are a little on the larger size so it looks like rear is non existent. Wish it was little more fitted at the waist, they're even a tad bit long for me...

I really like the style and quality of the fabric, but the fit of the promenade cargo pants was not right for me. The waist is too high and loose. There was too long of a distance between the waist and the crotch of the pants. For reference, I'm 5' 4" and 145lbs. I usually wear a S or a M. After reading the reviews I bought small. They were a final sale and I bought them in two colors so I guess I'll sell them or wear long shirts with them. Final sale items are the worst. It's a brand new product that they will not take back. The customer service agent provided a link to Athleta thread up account. That doesn't seem right.

The pants are cut way too big. I ordered XS and the pants are swimming on me. I really wanted to love them and be able to wear them on my trip to Italy. Very disappointing!

Nice pants! 4 stars because the material is not very soft. It's great when I'm wearing them with a bodysuit though. Also they are a bit see through in white. Warning: Gap/athleta sizes do run very large! I am 5'7" / 108lbs / 24in waist and the xxs fit slightly large.

These pants are very comfortable and look great. They can be a cozy, easy going pant, but they're also an excellent pant to dress up or wear to work. The tall Med was surprisingly too tall, and since I bought them on final sale I just hemmed them back up to what a regular would be. They are a little thicker than I thought they'd be but they'll be great all spring, fall, and winter in the PNW. These will get a lot of use! #sweepstakes

Read all of the reviews as these cargo pants were a "final sale." Even ordering down a size they are just too large to wear. The material is not great and similar to what is being sold by a related brand for less than half the price. Hate to donate a new item but will likely do so as I am not able to return.
