Fabric shows any type of water mark easily. Looks dirty

Don't like the fabric. Easily shows any marks from water or anything else. I put on and within minutes I see a dark spot and they look dirty.

I have four pairs of these in full length and cropped and these are by far my most worn pants. I live in them! My only complaint is the black of the full length is not a true black, more washed/grey, which I am finding hard to match with shirts. I'm 5'7 and ordered the tall, they're very long and a regular length would have been better
