Super Soft - Waterloo Blue not as pictured

I bought this for the color - it is not the color as pictured. More of just a light blue not 'Tiffany' blue in color. I'm keeping them as I don't want a credit with Athleta after ther continued support of Simone Biles advocating for boys/men in girls/women's spaces/sports. The fit is accurate - the fabrics is soft, the color is not what I wanted.

This is my third pair of these. Although on the edge of being too long for my five foot three inch body, I live in them. So cozy and comfy yet good looking. I do appreciate that the waist isn't too high. Very slimming look and seem to glide over body imperfections.

Although I am happy with the fit and color of this item, it arrived with a strong chemical smell - like it had been soaked in a vat of air freshener. I have noticed that other stores are treating clothing with similar strong air freshener chemicals when shipping the items - and it takes several washes for the smell to wash out. I don't like the item enough to deal with that. Athleta, please stop whatever you are spraying on your clothing!
