Hands-down the best puffer for plus size women. This is my second one. Last year, I tried on every brand imaginable until I found Athleta. Last year's coat is deep green, this year I got black. I got another because last year's coat went everywhere and went through everything, and still looks amazing. These wash well and go over any outfit whether dressy or casual. Light, warm, durable, no added bulk, and so chic! Puffers are a necessity in New England, and it's so awesome not to look like a linebacker in it!

Please bring back the whisper featherless parka with cinched/adjustable waist. I have a black one and want additional colors.

I have a jacket from Athleta that I bought in 2018 and I love but is due for replacement at some time, so I bought this jacket as a replacement. Unfortunately, however, this newer version is very much inferior to the 2018 version of similar jacket from Athleta. This new version has no thumb holes and not even any cuffs at the end of the jacket sleeves, there is no interior zip pocket, there is no fitted elastic midsection piece around the back middle of the jacket to make it more fitted and slimming, and there is not even any drawstring cord to adjust the hood for inclement weather. I love Athleta products and buy most of my clothing from here, however it seems they are trying to cut too many corners (or costs) and are making things much cheaper and far less practical than they used to, which is losing the core attraction to the brand. Unfortunately, I will now start to look elsewhere for go-to products with the most practicality.

This is lightweight, but doesn't have much shape. I'm still deciding if it's a keeper, or if I should look for one that has a bit of a defined waist.

This is my second one. I live in Northern Ohio and I wore the first one all winter except for the extreme days and I was completely comfortable.

The length is perfect and I love that it has the zip up from the bottom for sitting and the zippered pockets are great. The weight is very good and the hood is roomy .
