Latest pair not as soft and stretchy as previous pairs

My granddaughter loved the XS chitchat shorts she received in June 2023. The S pair I ordered in August are noticeably less stretchy. i bought these as a cheaper alternative to a pair of adult biker/workout shorts and they are amazing! i am typically an xs in women's, and i ordered an xl and it fit great! they are a bit loose on the waistline but the length and material is great! definitely recommend!
