I am 5'10" 140lbs and wear a size small. I love the way these pants fit and feel. They are a little thicker and so soft and stretch and tight in all the right places! I hope they add more colors soon!
I purchased this item in red (M regular) and really wanted to love these, but the quality is very poor for the price. One ankle seam was open out of the bag, and the fabric is NOT plush as stated. This is the quality I would expect for $16.99 at discount store. I wore them on a beach hike in 42 ...degree weather with a bit of wind and my legs and thighs were cold. The sizing is accurate, but the pockets are useless unless you have a TINY flip phone, or just need to stash a single key or a credit card, and the crotch area fits weird- baggy in front. I have been a faithful Athleta customer for many many years, purchasing all of my workout and casual bottoms but am so disappointed in the quality and inconsistent fit of the current products offered over the past two years that I will not likely purchase from Athleta again. I had no issue paying $100 or so in years past for Athleta leggings because they were superior to all others. No so anymore. Athleta should be ashamed of their quality and their prices. An appropriate price for these leggings would be about $20. IF they were sewn correctly.

Owning and living in many pair of Rainiers makes me wonder why quality control cannot be more consistent . I returned the reflective black due to thin and NOT warm, Ended up with the light Lavender(perfect thick and warm just like the green and brown) also purchased standard black which I am now wearing for the first time and they are thin and super stretchy w/out much compression. Does Athleta/Gap not have anyone in charge of quality control or a purchaser who makes sure they are getting proper fabric?Seems to me this is fairly important

Bought these for hiking in Sedona when it was going to be cold and couldn't be happier with them! Bought a medium (normal size) and they fit snug which was perfect so they didn't sag like leggings can do. Love them and would buy again!

The fit was comfortable, just boring being black. I'd like a muted pattern.

These are still great leggings, but are much thinner than the ones I got a few years back. I've only worn them a few times, but they don't seem as warm as my older ones. They also came with a tag for a cheaper price than I paid even including the extra online discount. That's disappointing for people that can't shop in stores to know that the online prices aren't the best. I do love the red color though!
