Size up! I like these shirts for my cooler weather walks and bike rides. The longer length is good as well. The arms are very snug. I size up so they are not skin tight.

I love the color, very vibrant. The shirt fits tight but goes will with leggings or any other athletic clothing. Very good piece of athletic clothing to have or even just to wear casually. I enjoy wearing it with a little vest.

I have this top in many different colors and it's my favorite for running and working out in cooler weather (and even when it's not, honestly). You can wear these shirts looser or more formfitting depending on the size you choose and your personal preference.
