These leggings are great—they have the soft, flexible feel of yoga leggings while still offering enough compression for cardio or weightlifting. The pockets are a great bonus, too.

The Salutation Stash is one of my favorite leggings from Athleta. I have gotten so many pairs over the years. I ordered the navy capri to replace my current pair that are worn out. They lasted like 7 years though! I like to use them for higher intensity workouts or a long hike because they have pockets.
