Rise is Too High

On the website these shorts are described as having a "high rise." But on the physical shorts, it's labeled as a "super high rise." Normally I love a high rise, but the rise here is so high about an inch is curling at my waist. For reference, I'm 5'4", leggy, and pear shaped.

I love how supportive these feel! They seem a little thicker and more compressive than the salutation leggings and the rise seems higher. Perfect for summer and the pockets are elite. I would love to see this type of style without a front seam because they are a little snug in that department. They stay put very well though.
