I already own these in other colors bc I love them. I wear them for lifting because they're soft but have great compression. I wear these in a medium. For reference, I'm 5'2" 130 lbs and for my yoga tights from Athleta, I wear a petite small, and for pants/shorts, I'm usually a 0P or 2P.
