I usually wear 4" shirts, but these 3" work well. I love the bright vivid white option! (Not off white, no hint of yellow!!!) Shorts wash well but take a bit longer to dry given thick material. I wear an S in Athleta joggers, and I took a M in the shorts. Not as soft as forever fleece but heavier ...in weight. Nice option for summer mornings before it gets too hot. Minor point but larger metal tassels caps on drawstring can get annoying. I may cut off.
Expected to be like last year's Retroterry fabric, but it was a bit thicker and "rougher." They felt a bit too short. A miss for me. White was not see through. I ordered 2 sizes since everything seems to run big, but these were true to size. I did not need to size down.

Love these! just got a couple more pairs. Perfect comfort and coverage for lounging around, and useful pockets if you need to run a quick errand. I'm usually a M in Athleta and a M worked perfect for these. I'm 5'3" with a muscular, curvy body type, and the wider leg openings on these work great for strong legs.

These shorts are soft and very comfortable . They are my go to shorts for the summer. They are a little heavier than I imagined, but still love them. They have the tie waist which is nice. The pockets have a great feature of a smaller little pocket inside the big one. It holds things so they don't fall out when you sit. Great idea!!
