I bought these in the brown/bronze color. Impulse by, but I absolutely love them. First off, the length the weight of the fabric, and just enough fluffiness makes these very flattering, and yet not see-through with the thinness of the fabric, which is also very dense. The waistband is super comforta...ble; I often find waistband for these kind of shorts either too loose or Richard and tight, the lunar shorts waistband makes you feel like these lightweight shorts are staying in place. I came back to get more. I am between medium and large right now, and I am very happy with the large. The sheen is not overpowering, yet it makes it different than the standard matte.

The fabric is cool in the heat but has absolutely no give, so unless you over-size, they are tight when sitting. Also, it fit me below the waist, so they are not a high rise as I had hoped.

I have several of the lunar sheen pants in my usual size (med) but sized up to large in these as they feel more comfortable for shorts. I like that they take up little room in a weekend bag and dry quickly.

These shorts are fine, nothing special. Very light weight and good for hiking The sizes definitely run big. I am 5'1, 118 lbs and ordered the small. The XS would have been better; however, I was able to shrink them with a hot wash and in the dryer.
