I'm not used to wearing a crossbody, so I thought it was just me until I saw other reviews. The strap isn't comfortable, and it's not practical to use this as a shoulder bag. The strap also often lengthens all the way to the biggest, and I thought user error. Not a super big deal as I haven't found ...what length is most comfortable and practical for me anyway. I am not in love with the pale yellow color simply because I don't want it to get dirty, and it's not going to coordinate with much of my wardrobe. However, I knew going in that this color choice was nonreturnable because of the sale. I think it was worth buying at around $25 including shipping to see if I even liked this bag design and size before committing to a much more expensive color. It's summer, so it's a lightly cheery and fitting color for the season. If I wear it as a crossbody and keep it light in weight, I shouldn't have a need to set it down much. I'm particular when it comes to bags, and I rarely see anything I want. I hate receiving a bag I hate and having to go through a return process or just donating it. I haven't seen styles I like much since the 90s and 2000s. I'd been using a bucket bag I am fond of, but I was carrying too much around, hurting my shoulder, and leaving myself open to theft by setting it down places including shopping carts. I wanted to downsize and am carrying less than half of what I was previously. I'm trying to treat my bag as a purse and not survival gear. So, I was open to trying something completely different from my usual taste. Despite my best efforts, this bag already got a dot of a dirty spot on it just from heading to the car the first time. Facepalm. I know it's going to be difficult to keep it completely clean. Besides that and the uncomfortable strap, I do really like this bag. The material is soft. Everything is contained with zipper enclosures. I can carry what I need with plenty more room left over. It's generous for a medium. Just the right size.
Initially I thought it was great bag but there are some major flaws I have encountered. 1st My strap doesn't hold up. If I put a water bottle I. My bag the weight doesn't hold the strap in place and slides down to its longest length. 2nd Any bit of mark leaves a distinguished mark on the bag. I spil...led water, plain water on the bag and when it dried up, there is a massive stain mark on this bag. I used soap but then that left another mark on the bag. It's definitely an everyday bag but overall, because my strap has to be tied and the material of the bag stains like crazy, I wouldn't buy this bag again. Wish I could return it but with the marks I don't think it's possible

This bag is so cute like everything you would want visually BUT every time you walk the straps slips and slips and for short girly like me in the end it hangs up to my knee!!! I t's not worth it :(

I really like this bag. However, it arrived with one of the two zipper tabs missing. I have to open and close the small pouch by pinching the actual zipper. I needed it immediately for travel so I just used it as is, so I am stuck with it. But the size and long strap is just what I was looking for my travels.

athleta.gapcanada.caNice bag, but kind of disappointed. I chose the navy colour because the photos showed a light grey lining inside - which I wanted because darker colours make it harder to see things inside the bag. The bag I got has a navy blue liner. Now I have a bag just like my Lululemon bag I was wanting to replace.

I like this bag a lot and the medium size is perfect for me! I just wish the strap was better made and more secure, otherwise, I have no complaints!

The medium bag is much bigger than expected. I would have returned it, but it was final sale.

I love the bag, the color, the style but the strap easily loosens if there's some weight in the bag. I'm 5'2 so the full strap is pretty long on me. I'm not sure if I got a faulty bag or if that's just the product itself.

Size is perfect for a daily use. The light yellow is soft and the strap is adjustable.

The bag fits so much but the strap does not stay adjusted so any time you put anything remotely heavy such as a water bottle (it has a pocket for) it extends to the longest length. Very frustrating!
