5'6 180 Medium. The medium size of this actually fits pretty well. I do have a menopausal tummy which this seems to help. I only use these mainly for the gym so I don't really know if they ride down with regards to yoga, but they've held up nicely the wash and they're beautiful colors.

I just love the salutation stash leggings. I have 6 pair in my regular rotation and could have a lot more. I am an athletic build, 145, 5'5" and the small fits me nicely. I use these regularly for weight training and cardio and couldn't be happier with the fit. They don't pill over time and use… but I highly recommend washing them then, line drying. Never machine dry any of your workout gear and they'll last you a long time!! Any negative reviews on this product must be because someone isn't caring for their clothes correctly. These leggings are worth every penny… and definitely if you get them on sale!

I loved these leggings. They were almost perfect. They feel soft and fit well. The color is a bit hard to match with others without looking like it's too much. Also, I have a small torse, so they'd be perfect if they were an inch shorter.

Honestly, I've tried to go to other brands thinking that the cost was too high but it's not. The quality is so great that I have owned some of my leggings for 10 years now and they still function so wonderfully. They have not lost any of their elasticity. I cannot recommend these enough. They are so soft and so comfortable. I love the pockets. They let me do HIIT workouts, hike, yoga and anything else. I LOVE them!
